Character Generation
Attributes
Assigning your attributes is one of the most important parts of creating a character. You can take 75 points and distribute them among your six attributes (AD&D system). Make sure that your class and race minimums and maximums are respected. If you want to be a class that requires more attribute points Email me and we'll work something out. Remember the attributes are not permanent, they may change through-out the campaign.
Class Selection
All the classes from the Player's Handbook are allowed. With respect to clerics, I haven't selected a patheon yet so if you choose a cleric make up a religion and a God/Goddess, including:what the God represents, a basic decription (alignment,Anthromorphic?), what special powers are granted, and anything else that is important. Psionicists are allowed in my world, if you have The Will and the Way, a DarksunTM accessory, you can not use it. Those powers belong to DarksunTM only due to the advance nature of psionics. If you have a question related to any kits that you may want to use feel free to ask me. I don't own all the handbooks but I have access to them.
Equipment
With respect to equipment, use the maximum coin assigned to your class to purchase with. If you want a particular piece of equipment to complete your character, ie. a paladin wants a set of full plate armor, when you write up a character history include why you have that piece of equipment. I will not just 'give' you anything. With respect to mages and thier spellbook...send me 3 first level spells and 2 second level spells that you would like and I'll send you the rest.
History and Backgrounds
No character is complete without a detailed background. Make up a small city where you are from or where you grew up. Mention important figures and beliefs that helped your character become who he/she is. Most importantly tell a good story to help those reading the history better understand your character.
